Hayden Panettiere says her artwork was imitating her life.
After starring on Nashville for six years, Panettiere, 34, has revealed that she battled with alcoholism, dependancy, and postpartum despair in her life, very like her character on the TV sequence. Panettiere performed the function of Juliette Barnes, a rustic music singer who rose to fame in Music Metropolis, however struggled with substance abuse.
Panettiere stated the present was “very traumatizing, as a result of I felt like I used to be performing out my very own life,” as revealed in an interview with The Messenger.

“They weren’t doing their homework. They weren’t creating new storylines. They have been simply taking a look at my life and going, ‘Oh, let’s simply take what she’s going by and put our little spin on it.’ After which, ta-da! It’s finished and finished.”
Add in 12- to 20-hour days working, and Panettiere stated the stress affected her wellness.
“I didn’t have time to maintain myself [and] to consider and undergo the ache I used to be experiencing bodily [and] emotionally. I simply needed to drum it out and watch senseless tv and nice reveals,” she stated.
“Something to maintain my thoughts off of that as a result of I knew that subsequent day I used to be going to be again at it once more. I used to be like, tear central. I don’t even assume on a cleaning soap opera that I cried as a lot [as I did] on ‘Nashville.’”
The star is making ready to kick off a tour on the finish of February.
